9. To pass the inspection from the MTFB,
the tricycle should have the following:
9.1 Clean windshields 9.2 Garbage receptacles 9.3 Functioning horn that does not emit exceptionally loud or startling sound 9.4 Two (2) signal lights, front and back for turning right or left or for emergency purposes 9.5 Tail light 9.6 White head lights in front and red tail light with functioning stop light in the rear, visible at least 50 meters from the front and rear of the tricycle and functioning under all weather conditions and lighted starting 6:00 pm until 6:00 am 9.7 Light installed inside the sidecar and kept lighted while plying the routes 9.8 Anti-noise equipment/silencer 9.9 Sticker containing the body number of the vehicle and placed prominently to be identifiable from a distance 9.10 Fully operating mufflers 32 9.11 Roadworthiness of the tricycle unit |
