3. Payment of the corresponding fees at the Municipal Treasurer’s Office. 3. Ensure the corresponding fees are paid by the client.

3.1. Register the Certificate of Death duly signed by the Municipal Health Officer. Assign a register to the client.

3.2. Furnish copy of the registered certificate of Death duly signed by the Municipal Civil Registrar to the client.
