2. Applicants sign the Application for Marriage License upon ensuring that the correct entries were given. | 2. Accomplish the Application for Marriage License (Mun. Form No. 90, Form No. 2). The EIC should take steps to verify the ages of the applicants and determine if there are any legal impediments to the intended marriage.
